Great American Scroll Saw Give-Away Contest Rules
1. You may enter only one (1) valid email address. It's really a simple contest run by simple scrollers. There is no fine print, there are no special requirements.
Enter your email address. One email address will win. Winner must live in the United States. If the winning email address belongs to a non-U.S. citizen, a new email address will be randomly selected until a scroller
who resides in the U.S. is selected. The saw will be shipped the 3rd of January, 2011, assuming a valid address for the winner can be obtained by that day. The winner will have 7 days to respond to the email notifying the
scroller he or she has won -- if no response is made by the winner within 7 days, a new email address will be selected. The winner will NOT be responsible for any shipping, taxes, or fees whatsoever in connection with winning the
saw -- ALL EXPENSES ARE TO BE PAID BY The Berry Basket, Great American Scroll Saw Give-Away, and SRX Enterprises, LLC.. The saw will be shipped by UPS ground.
2. Your email address must be valid -- winner will be contacted
with the email address entered to win.
3. Contestants are restricted to the United States of America.
4. Contestants must have a valid U.S. address.
5. Winner must submit a photo of themself with the new saw.
